They say they have a 31 days policy and will issue a refund if not happy with their service. Accidentally reactivated my account by trying to find which package I had and cancelled it a few minutes after I realized what I have done. Reached out to them and got a email back saying, Cannot process a refund because it's past the 31-days of the initial purchase, according to our refund guidelines. I know this must be disappointing for you, I would be too. App to buggy slow internet speed as well. Better choices out there.

Apple should not allow scammers on the market. This company along with IvacyVPN has robbed customers. I paid IVACY VPN for lifetime subscription. It was due until 2072. Now they merged with this app and changed my subscription to 2027.

What can I say just enjoy

Terrible app, really hard to navigate, a lot of upselling of add-ons. They act as if you have all the time in the world to spend figuring out how to use their app and service. It should be simple. But it’s not. And cancelling your subscription isn’t made simple either. All round a bad experience.

I purchased a 2-year subscription and they charged me for a 2 year AND a 1 year subscription. Th set refused to refund for the 1 year subscription and now I am out $53. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE SCAMMERS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
