Non funziona con Netflix.. does not work with Netflix... I have been waiting over 6months for a resolution to this problem.. they keep on telling me they will have an answer shortly.. not holding my breath..

I am a new buyer from China and want to use this app,but it crashes when i launched.So it means that i buy a trash???

I signed up for a seven day trial which was advertised as a guaranteed refund of money if not satisfied. My Internet speeds tanked to 3 MBPS when using this service on my home computer, and it constantly disconnected on my phone with this app. When trying to cancel on the third day of use, and after the fourth email asking them too because they kept using scare tactics to try and make me keep the service, they finally said they would not refund my money because I went over a 3 GB data limit for the trial? Scam do not buy a subscription plan from them!

This is very unstable VPN service and it doesnt connect most of the time. In new version app crashes as soon as it tries to connect. Was a waste of money.

App is very buggy. After you connect, it never seems to update with your new location. This lack of overall quality makes it hard to trust the service as a whole. After all, you purchase VPN service to keep your data private and/or secure. I will be shopping for a high quality and reliable service.

Pretty mediocre. If it connects, VPN will die after a few minutes and there goes privacy. Netflix doesnt work, they filter for VPN access. And now the app dies when trying to connect, and if it connects, no internet access. Probably better to try something else ... Update: now the app dies on use - on both my iPhone and iPad. What a piece of crap!

Fails to connect completely. Even if when it connects disconnects continually leaving you unprotected.

What is gong on here? The app always crashes and suddenly I have access to only a few servers. Ive been a paying customer for four years and now Im locked out of most servers!!! Please fix this or Ill go elsewhere for my VPN service.

PureVPN has great features and it works ok on PC but this app for iOS is terrible and very buggy, not to mention very slow with a huge startup lag. It can get very frustrating to use it. My advice is look for another provider that has a stable app out on the app store. ----update---- Crashes every time when trying to connect.

i have the misfortune of a 1 year sub. it stops connecting for hours at a time. it keeps asking to rate. worse yet if you have other vpns on ipad it wont run. poor service in every possible way, speed, reliability, app design, website, transparency, oh and price. I thought i was subscribed to the mercedes of vpns instead i got a used twenty year old opel. by comparison i had mo issues at all with my previous vpn provider all year.

If you get on working, it is fast enough for video but... Customer service is quite unresponsive. It takes several hours for them to respond. VPN servers work randomly. This is paid product, but definitely not worth a penny. Better alternatives exist that actually deliver what they sell

I often have trouble connecting to my dedicated IP. I usually have to connect to random servers and toggle my protocol settings for +10 minutes before I successfully connect. I contacted technical help, but they just recommend toggling L2TP/IKEv2 settings until one eventually connects. They offer no insight into why it doesnt work and no working solutions. Sad.

Windows version seems to work well, but this isnt about Windows. With the iOS app, I am rarely able to connect to any servers in the U.S. from within the U.S.! Used to be able to connect to Canadian servers, but that no longer works either. Even when it did work, disconnects were frequent. Time to look for a better VPN provider.

My experience with both the app and Windows version has been less than ideal. The dedicated IP service worked really well for a short period of time and has since become useless. The exact same can be said about this iOS App. It crashes immediately after I try to connect, and I will be removing the app from my phone following this review.

iOS 10.2 made it so its IPV6 only as opposed to IPv4 and now the VPN doesnt work... the only way I get it to work is by connecting to my home wifi which kind of defeats the purpose of having a VPN....

I initially had numerous issues getting the PureVPN iOS app to connect. It kept failing to connect and telling me to retry after 5 seconds. After going into the app Settings and playing around with the Protocols the app eventually stepped me through installing an L2TP certificate, and now I can control the connection via the iOS settings and it is working great. -2 stars for the initial difficulty getting this app working on iOS, and for burying the connection troubleshooting under Settings > Protocols. I have used numerous VPN apps and never had to work through these issues. Once the initial issues are out of the way I have found PureVPN to quickly activate the VPN connection and it does not randomly drop the connection like other VPN apps do. Testing with Speedtest.net I still have fast download/upload speeds. Overall very pleased. I also have the PureVPN desktop app which works great. I can be connected on my desktop and on another 4 devices simultaneously, no problem.

The VPN does its job in providing online security and hides our IP Addresses on our cell phones and on our computers. It is easy to set up and use PureVPN.
