It was a great app, but after the last update it doesnt let me to log in client area. Ive checked my email and password, they are correct, but the problem still persist. Please fix it. I can give only two points for this app.

I was in a foreign country and wish to see skygo. So i uses this app to mimic a server based in italy; i was forced to buy one month subscription to get this but it didnt work and now its impossible to find how to stop the subscription Very disappointing and angry about this

I am really fully unsatisfied of pure vpn. I have bought for error 3 subscriptions two for six months and another for one month and It is now impossible to unsubscribe. The customer care always is giving bad answers asking me to contact google play to supend recurrent payment. It is another example of uncorrected selling.

It works well on pc, but on iPad connections only last a few minutes. If your main use is on iPad, forget it!

it simply doesnt work... the app freezes and though it says "connected" I have no Internet access... please improve it as I PAID for my PUREVPN SUBSCRIPTION !

VPN is something you need to solve a problem. It does well. Its true, not all serves are stable or always reachable but I experienced it depends also on the way i connect (4G/wifi) and carrier. I paid 1 year subscription. Fully satisfied. I live in china, so purevpn saves my (web) life every day since 25.12.2014 when Chinese government gave a xmas gift to all the gmail users in china, denying the access to gmail servers! I use both PC/iPhone apps to reach gmail server or google. Necessary! For iPhone i suggest to install the PPTP VPN certificate and connect using iOS and not from the app directly. Very stable.

absolutely useless. connection falls every 5 mins. the app itselfs always crash

If I want to connect to a country server using app, it doesnt work. It connects to a server in a wrong country (i.e. I selected to connect to Italy but after connect, I checked IP Address and it was from Russia...). If you want to use PureVPN is better to manually set it, App is not working properly...

Dont buy it. The service is really poor (every 5mins it shuts off) and the customer care is horrible. And when you want to close it they have a note that says that they take the request just in consideration, so you have to pass through Apple and iTunes to do it safely!

The app is really good on my iphone, but I have to flip the iPad every time I use it, so please add iPad landscape mode!

Ive been using purevpn for over a year and it has always worked quite well. With the new update, however, you are not given the option to install multiple VPN servers onto your phone. Every time I open the app to install a new server location, it replaces the old one. This wouldnt be such an issue except for the fact that I am unable to access Facebook, pandora, etc for more than about 5 seconds. My iPhone displays the VPN logo at the top of my screen, but I am unable to access the websites that should be accessible. I dont have this issue with my backup iPhone or iPad, as they both have an older version of purevpn installed. I wish there was some way to install the old version of this app as I never had any issues with it. Once this issue is resolved I will change my rating to 5 stars.

This is a really cool VPN app. Before using this free vpn app, I was unable to access Youtube, Twitter, Gmail and other websites because they are blocked in my country. Working perfectly for me once I got the correct setup in place! So far the Best VPN app for iPhone and iPad I have come across.

The app works as advertised...I just wish that your business model had a bundled plan for both PC and mobile device as a part of your product offering. I feel that offering is a crucial basis of any successful software company in this sector. I feel people would be more than happy to pay a few extra dollars for a multi device bundled platform offering if they hadnt expected it to be inclusive already.

I have been switching between different providers for long in order to get both speed and security within one service but never got and sometimes compromise over either. My friend suggested Pure. Service as well as after sales customer support I got is WOWWWW!! I will stick to Pure. Keep up the good work guys.
