There are still bugs in this version

Probably one of the most easy VPN service to use on iPhone and iPad. It does everything in the setting for you. The only bad thing, nearly no bandwidth. I usually log on the Internet at 29MBps, with this VPN, Im stall at speed connection under 0.35MBps... Non sense... Maybe next time...

Very slow speeds, PPTP doesnt even work and they will not refund your money back as they claim with 3 day refund policy.

Horrible, abysmal customer service for a product that fails from the first attempt. Buyer Beware.

With the latest update the app now crashes when you try and log in.

Cant log in. Crashes every time

I paid for one month but was never able to logon with the info I was given and despite several hours on live chat was still not able. Since I couldnt logon I was not even able to get a refund. Stay away from this one!

Tried with Facebook - crashed. Tried with my email - error about user exists (due to facebook?) Tried another email - error about a token. Not worth it, I switched to Hola VPV

I tried to login with facebook and it crashed, so I tried to login again and kept failing and crashing due to a "previous registration" garbage...

I just switch over from VPN.AC which worked perfectly well but wanted the smart DNS. If 1st impressions are lasting Pure VPN is not doing a very good job. App crashes, locks up your IPAD and even when you can get it to cooperate it wont connect to the server. Im not sure why a company would even launch an app that doesnt work. I say save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable VPN service.

Its working just great on my iPhone 6s without any problems so far. 5 stars.

This app use to work fine for me, but in the past week it will no longer connect. Instead It takes me on a long journey to several different pages to update, which I did, but it still wont work, just keeps wanting me to do the same thing over and over. Such a waste of time.

Good interface but not usable. VPN starts ok but it always gets disconnected and does even tell you when it disconnects.

Wont connect and I have pro account and app wont show that I do and keeps asking me to upgrade.

Lacks "Connect on Demand" function in iOS. Other free VPN services have this option. Speed is fast though.
