I wanted to use my iPhone to visit my regular web sites while visiting China last month, and PureVPN worked great. Easy to install and configure. Pay-as-you-go feature was nice too.

Recently switched over to purevpn. First day was all good. But after that i get disconnected constantly every 10-20 mins. They really need to fix this. Please fix the app and the connections

This app worked when I was trying it for free. I paid for service and now it wont let me connect to any server of my choice. It started disconnecting and now it wont connect at all. The 24/7 technical support is terrible. I submitted a ticket and waited over an hour to chat with someone to help resolve my issues. I let Apple know about it and canceled my subscription and am getting a refund. I am very disappointed in this app. I was really excited to see what it was capable of when I was trying it for free. I dont know what changed once I paid for it other than it stopped working. I was really ticked off when they marked my trouble ticket low priority!!

the VPN doesnt connect to any country server outside the one your located in even though customer help said that it should. the VPN service on the iPhone turns off automatically after a little while and then you have to restart the whole VPN process. - not very impressed with the development of this iPhone application

Tried twice to install the app and connect. Will not connect. Then contacted Support and tried twice to manually install using different protocol. Still didnt work. I was able to install SurfEasy without a problem, so not my or my iPad3 issue. Guess Ill stick with SurfEasy even though they dont have a good Black Friday deal in 2015. Btw, Im on ios 9.1 if that makes a difference. Zero stars. Perhaps a lump of coal. I want two hours of my life back!

The UI is okay, but the connection keep dropping every 3-5 minutes. I have to reconnect everytime that happens.Please fix it asap.

Not reliable from China. That would not be so bad if they did not ignore trouble tickets when this happens. Why go to all this trouble and keep sending me back to download the app if it will not work?

I had hoped the new version would have fixed the bugs, but it didnt. I try to watch the BBC iPlayer on my iPod but the VPN cuts out every 2 minutes or so. This also happens on my Nexus tablet. Please fix this because this VPN at least lets me view BBC shows.

The app gotten a lot better but it still has the same drop connection issue. It last longer then it did before(couple minutes more). I hope they can fix that somehow. Besides that purevpn aint that bad

Drops vpn connection every ten seconds (using iPhone 6s). Doesnt matter which server you try. Completely useless.

Please add iPad portrait mode! This is really easy to do come on .

The app crashes constantly. It is a waste of money and does not work like it should
