Easy to install. Works just fine. Once in long while you get a drop connection.

No complaints so far. Ive been using it for several months and It works as advertised. I stream a lot of video media, from Europe and US, and I get exceptional speeds most of the time. With out it I spent a lot of time buffering or hoping to get a connection. It connects easily. It sometimes disrupts some apps during shout downs but nothing to cause issues. I love to browse the net with high secutity, It works well here too. Nice to feel secure while hitting the net. It is cost effective with several payment options and you can have 5 VPNs running on 5 machines at once. I very seldom use more than 3. There are many VPNs to choose, but, this one works for me. By the way, I used this VPN for several months and so for no down time! Great...

It takes couple tries to connect to a server, and it usually disconnect within 5-10mins! Not stable, I use the dedicated China server!

Excelent vpn and customer service, i was a way to qualify 6 stars i certianly would do it, i have tried so many vpn, this one by far is the best.

Your customer survey you force on users crashes the app every time it starts. Idiots.

Im an IT professional whove ran through many VPN apps; in which all caused my internet either to run slow or continuously drop. I did a research, compared this app with others and thought Id give it a try. Believe me, it was worth the money. I was afraid to buy the longer subscription, so I settled for the 2 months plan. Overall This app is vey awesome and consistent. Ran into an issue when I first downloaded it to my PC, but I reached out to tech support, they responded and assisted me within minutes - I really appreciated that! This is a must try, you wont be disappointed!

Its free and if you want to pay for it, it will just get even better. And if you get the app on your phone you will get an account on your computer for pure then you will need to purchase a plan to use it on your computer though. Great app I suggest this vpn

Does your company actually read these reviews? After the most recent update the app is still broken. Like many others, every time I try to run the app it asks me to rate it and then promptly crashes. Very disappointed.

I like the convenience and the speed of the new widget. This has made it faster and easier to use.

Had no problems on my IPhone. Faced few issues on Mac and Windows but the support walked me through and easily resolved. Awesome and heavily recommend to anyone out there!

There is literally no connectivity to any server right now. Now, if this was a free service then it wouldnt be so much of an issue but because I paid for your yearly service I expect 99.9% uptime. Also, theres no way to choose specific cities as there is on desktop. Overall very buggy.

VPN is hands down the best out there for your devices. Secure, and easy to use. Truly a must have for safe connections.

Support is great and the servers are fast. Had issues with router and support was fast in helping! So far so good!

Sometimes not easy to connect, but after trying different regions and protocols, connection can be mostly made.

Has everything Id expect from a VPN, there are a few services I wish theyd offer but everything so far is in great working condition!
