PureVPN - Fast and Secure VPN App Reviews

Every time I try to open the app a survey appears and if I answer or try to close it, the app shuts down

I love my PureVPN. It helps me stay connected with friends and family outside of the Great Firewall. Before the last upgrade, I had more difficulty finding a connection sometimes; but now its much better. I have not tried any competitors, because I have been so pleased with PureVPN. From the reviews I read before I chose PureVPN, I felt that I was choosing one of the most secure and user friendly VPNs.

I used to love this app when traveling or needed to switch countries, and it then worked very well. Unfortunately in the last few months, possibly due to an app upgrade it now refuse to connect and is totally useless to me. Fortunately I found another app in the store thats user friendly and works flawlessly.

This app is not for those living/working/travelling in Asia. Constant disconnects and slow reconnect. ExpressVPN is head and shoulders above this app. and has a better interface. Run away!!!

Can connect most times but sometimes it will not. Found that it closing and restarting the app works.

The PUREVPN app wont connect to VPN services and requests to try again in 5 seconds. IOS 10.2 broke something in this version. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. But the same problem comes back. "Try again in 5 seconds."

Paid for the service with you and I cant even use it wasted over a month already. Get on it.

Worth every penny!!

Its good when it works which is 25% of the time. Most the time theres an error messaging popping up. Do not buy, there are better vpns on the market

After the update it started to crash down when you try to connect to a server.

Great app for teams

Dont purchase this app!! Troubles with iOS, macOS and Windows clients, cant connect for a long time, support a lot of protocols but properly usable only basic, unclear refund policy (7 days, but if more 3GB, than no refund). Please, read reviews on different sites before waste you money. Не покупайте подписку!! Проблемы с установкой приложений, логином, соединениями, кривая политика возврата (7 дней, но при превышении 3Гб никаких денег), постоянная смена используемых протоколов. Предварительно лучше почитать отзывы в инете, прежде чем тратить деньги.

Some servers are very fast, but you should manually find them, trying all in the list. Also its very good, that you can use one PureVPN account on different devices, for example i have IPad Air and it works perfect with it and also i have Sumsung Galaxy S7 edge and its impossible to connect to any server, every time some errors, i should contact some assistance about it. I use it also on my laptop, it also works well, but now i know which servers are fast, depending on time of the day. So I think its better to invent some button with automatic connection to the fastest server. All my experience is in China, where internet is really challenging.
